How it works

Prepaid doorstep pickup · up to 10 kg

For standard doorstep pickup up to 10 kg, authorise your estimated total plus a $20 buffer after submitting your request. We confirm your pickup window separately. Leave your labelled bag in an agreed sheltered spot. With your permission, we return it to the same spot. If the bag weighs more than estimated, we agree the final price and return date with you. We collect the agreed amount from the hold and provide an invoice for any remaining balance before washing.

Pay at pickup

If you’ll be home, we weigh your laundry, agree on the price and take payment before collecting.

Standard turnaround is 48 hours for up to 10 kg. For larger standard loads we confirm the return date before accepting the booking.
